Below you will find the schedule for our Group CrossFit classes and On-Ramp program. Morning classes will generally run 1 hour and daytime/evening classes run 1 hour and 15 minutes. We encourage our members to reserve their spot in classes as early as possible so the Valkyrie team has the opportunity to setup the box for the WOD.

 

Please make best efforts to sign in a minimum of 1-hour ahead of time, write your name on the board when you arrive and be on-time. The penalty for tardiness is simple: 3 burpees for every minute you are late. The coaches are required to do them with you, so arrive on time and give them a break!
