Our Programming is what sets us apart.

We offer a variety of programs in which to participate. Whether it’s our core CrossFit programming or venturing out with our Valkyrie Voyages, you’ll always have something to exercise your mind as well as your body.

Group CrossFit

Our small group-based WODs are programmed to be constantly varied (always different, you’ll never get bored) with functional movements (movements you use every day: squatting down, lifting) and at a high intensity (you’ll be out of breath).


Each class incorporates the 10 physical skills that supports CrossFit’s philosophy of fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. We don’t just “lift things and put them down.” Kettlebells, barbells and plates, sledgehammers (yes, sledgehammers!), tires, slamballs, medicine balls, and sandbags are among the equipment you’ll be working with.

All programming is developed, tested, and proven within our walls. You will see measurable improvement through goal setting and record breaking, otherwise known as a PR (Personal Record). Never feel confused or unsatisfied by your work out again. Each visit will leave you feeling motivated and determined to do and be better for next time! CONQUER the WOD!

CrossFit On-Ramp

Everyone has to start somewhere! On-ramp is where you learn the skills you’ll need to stay safe and build the stronger, fitter you.


For Beginners. Join us in this non-intimidating setting and learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will get personal attention in a small group class where all of your questions and concerns can be answered. After only 4-5 On-Ramp classes you’ll be ready for Group CrossFit. This class is required before joining the Group CrossFit classes. If you have previous experience, you can speak with a coach about joining Group CrossFit.

Valkyrie Bootcamp

Combining elements of HIIT, Mobility and Functional Fitness, Valkyrie Bootcamp provides an unrivaled group fitness experience.


Members will move through 45 minutes of a full body workout using all elements found in the gym, with the exception of a barbell. You can expect activities such as running, jumping rope, pushups, situps, planks, light kettlebell movements, and stretching. No experience necessary! Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, our boot camp classes will be challenging, safe, and rewarding.

Valkyrie Row Club

This popular, low-impact, cardio rich workout block is laser focused on 45 minutes of rowing centric exercise.


At only 45 minutes, the Valkyrie Row Club is great way to get some cardio in on days where you have little time, or are looking for a low-impact, high value workout. Rowing makes up the majority of this time slot, but expect to still be challenged by a variety of additional movements that highlight various muscle groups, and keep the workout always interesting and rewarding.

Valkyrie Barbell Club

Are you ready to pick things up and put things down like a boss? Valkyrie Barbell club will give you the skills to confidently move through all the Olympic weightlifting movements present in CrossFit WODs. This class is a great way to get stronger and lift heavy.


All about weightlifting, all the time. If you’re looking to conquer the snatch, pull more weight on your clean, open up your ankle flexibility and leave the running to the next day this is your class. While our coaches are always keeping a watchful eye on your weightlifting movements throughout a CrossFit class, Valkyrie Barbell club is the place to keep it all about the weights.

Valkyrie Voyages

Sometimes we have to think and explore outside the box—our Valkyrie Voyages are group adventures that let you apply all that hard work to anything from Kayaking to Rock Climbing and more!


Come Sail Away with us! Or Drive! Valkyrie Voyages are trips or events at other locations centered on an outdoor element. It is our hope that these will add to our GPP Program and encourage Valkyries to take part in other physically challenging activities.
