At CrossFit Valkyrie, our mission is to develop better athletes and create a strong community. A major focus of our daily regimen is MOBILITY, which we believe safety and power are built from. To help our members achieve their objectives, CrossFit Valkyrie uses the following tools to ensure success:
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
To provide the best environment for our coaches to give you personalized attention in an uplifting communal setting.
HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF
They transfer knowledge from a multitude of trainings and certifications, including: olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, mobility, endurance, running, rowing and outdoor certifications.
WOD (Workouts of the Day)
These are uniquely designed in advance by our head coach, who leverages his programming experience with the military to build a structured, constantly varied program for members of all fitness levels.
There is a constant emphasis on Mobility in every class, guided by our coaches, that strategically supports the functional movements accompanied in our workouts. This assists in correcting movement dysfunction, resolving pain, preventing injury and optimizing athletic performance.
