With this information our coaches can provide you with personally tailored instruction in class. We encourage individuals of all levels of fitness and experience to join us.

What is the On Ramp Program?

Our On Ramp Program will “ramp you up to speed” to participate in our classes. They are one-on-one sessions with our staff to get you ready to safely start all of our workouts.

You will be coached on ways to improve your mobility and range of motion, as well as skills and techniques that will keep you safe as you begin pushing your body to new limits. You will also receive nutritional guidance so you can eat right, maximize your energy, boost your mood, and increase physical efficiency.

All new members are required to participate in the On Ramp program unless a similar protocol has been completed.

How long will the On Ramp Program take?

Our typical On Ramp Program is typically 3 sessions over the course of 1-2 weeks. Depending on the coach’s evaluation of the athlete we may add or subtract the number of sessions.

How much does it cost?

The On Ramp program is a one time $250 fee. This includes about two weeks of On Ramp sessions as well as the remainder of the month for an unlimited membership!

What happens after I finish the On Ramp Program?

After completing our On Ramp Program you can immediately begin attending our regular group classes.  The “On Ramp” sessions are tailored to prepare you for the technical proficiency that is needed for you to move on to our CrossFit Group classes.

Wear comfortable gym clothing that fits close to the body.


Best shoes are those with little (under 10mm) or no rise.


Make sure to eat a healthy snack at least 45 minutes prior to your workout.


Don’t forget to hydrate! We have water for sale if you forget yours.
